–––––– IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY!!––––––– All families currently registered with Baylor Swim club are required to work at this meet. 1. SESSION REQUIREMENT – Dev2&3 families are required to work TWO sessions. Families in other groups AG to SR/VR are required to work THREE sessions. Each family is required to bring TWO hospitality items. 2. In order to watch your child be sure you are working at the correct end of the pool. SIGN UP EARLY!!! 3. Once the form is completed you will be asked to resubmit. DO NOT MISS THIS STEP. Each volunteer with a family must submit a form. 4. Job Session times are NOT exact. For example;a job session begins at the beginning of the morning session and ends at the end of the morning session. 5. Hospitality Food items are more exact and should be brought to the Hospitality Room(conference room across from Laura’s office)at the time indicated. 6. Timers must check in 30 minutes prior to the start of the session. Check your HEAT SHEET for a more precise time. 7. Timers must report to the Timer’s Meeting then go immediately to your lane.
