First; a few reminders;



This Sign Up is for a meet we are HOSTING. This means that all families are REQUIRED TO WORK AT LEAST ONE SHIFT at this meet. We need everyone to consider working TWO shifts; as we have LOTS of slots for this meet.

Drink Donations do not count as your volunteer shift. Please drop off Drink donations at the Nat. beginning Wednesday, July 9 at 9:00 a.m.

If your child is swimming at the B & Under Champs in Magnolia; you can work at our meet in the evening (Finals) or on Friday. You MUST work at the BB & Up Summer Champs meet we are hosting; even if your swimmer is not in this meet.

If you sign up for the last shift of the prelims or finals session, please be available to work until the end of the meet. If the meet is over before your shift time is complete, you are free to go home.

We have several volunteer positions available for those willing to cook dishes for Hospitality. Each of these includes 2–3 dishes which should be brought to the meet at the time specified.

You may cook in advance; but you MUST be able to deliver these dishes at the time requested. Recipes will be provided for any dish if you like. Please contact Bitsy Hancock for recipes. Her email address is bitsy@providentcity.org
