WELCOME! We are very glad that you are interested in volunteering for INDIA FEST - 2011. Your enthusiasm and energy will no doubt help make this event a grand success. We are looking forward to working with you!
Jobs that start with asterisks(*****) have requirements as below.
1. These jobs require volunteers starting from the job date(Displayed to the left of the job description) till the event day as mentioned in the description.
Note: Even though start dates for these jobs are in June, we still need volunteers to signup for these positions.
2. The start and end time on such jobs indicate the time that needs to be put in by the volunteer each day and does not necessarily denote the start and end time as such.
Job can be carried out anytime of the day.
For example, a time slot of (7:20pm - 7:30pm) indicates a maximum of 10 minutes that need to be spent each day from the day you signup to the event date.
Please ensure that you do not signup for volunteer jobs with overlapping "Job Start Time" as it will result in time conflicts. The system may not allow you complete the signup process.

ALL VOLUNTEERS SHOULD READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS 3 PAGE SYSTEM:
- Please submit ONE FORM for EACH INDIVIDUAL!!! Do not sign up in pairs or groups.
- Your first name, last name AND email address together designate your identity to this system so please choose ONLY ONE EMAIL ADDRESS to use when signing up.
- SPELL your names and email CAREFULLY!!! Letter capitalization doesn't matter.
- Volunteer for one or more jobs by clicking the boxes to the left of the job rows and then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.
- You will then be given an opportunity to confirm your selections.
