Welcome to the work signup form for the 2008 Terri Sax Memorial Invitational. Please sign up early to get the jobs you want! The deadline for signing up is Sunday; May 25th.

Family Work Requirements are on our website.ONLY gold group not swimming in meet can supply hospitality items to satisfy work requirements.

A detailed list of Job Descriptions is also available.

Simply follow the instructions listed below. Once a job`s timeslot is filled it will no longer be visible online. Please select from the remaining jobs.

12 & Under swimmers will swim all sessions OUTSIDE
13 & Over swimmers will swim all sessions INSIDE
ALL FINALS SWIM INSIDE

Remember to signup by Sunday; May 25. For families not working at the meet there will be a fundraising contribution of $50.00 PER SESSION.
We do not want your money – we want need you!

ALL VOLUNTEERS SHOULD READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS 3 PAGE SYSTEM:
  1. Please submit ONE FORM for EACH INDIVIDUAL!!!  Do not sign up in pairs or groups.
  2. Your first name, last name AND email address together designate your identity to this system so please choose ONLY ONE EMAIL ADDRESS to use when signing up.
  3. SPELL your names and email CAREFULLY!!! Letter capitalization doesn't matter.
  4. Volunteer for one or more jobs by clicking the boxes to the left of the job rows and then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.
  5. You will then be given an opportunity to confirm your selections.
