SESSION REQUIREMENTS:

Hospitality and Concession food items need to be brought in at the time indicated and the place indicated. Each family must bring: One Hospitality Item One Concession Item AND One 32-Pack bottled water
12 and unders will be swimming at SAC 13 and overs will be swimming at AJIAC All Finals Sessions will be at AJIAC
A Job Session begins at the start of warm-ups and ends at the end of the meet session.
All workers must report to their job session on time. Please plan on arriving 15 minutes early to allow dropping off your food items and signing in.
Timer positions are very important! Timers should check in 30 minutes prior to the start of the meet. Timers should report to the timer meeting 15 mins. prior to the start of the meet and go directly to their block after the meeting.

- Please submit ONE FORM for EACH INDIVIDUAL!!! Do not sign up in pairs or groups.
- Your first name, last name AND email address together designate your identity to this system so please choose ONLY ONE EMAIL ADDRESS to use when signing up.
- SPELL your names and email CAREFULLY!!! Letter capitalization doesn't matter.
- Volunteer for one or more jobs by clicking the boxes to the left of the job rows and then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.
- You will then be given an opportunity to confirm your selections.
