IMPORTANT!! PLEASE READ!

1. SESSION REQUIREMENT – Please sign up for a minimum of FOUR job sessions and bring TWO hospitality food item for this meet.

2. Be sure to sign up early to get your first choice of times and positions. Each volunteer within a family must submit a form. Make sure to re–submit your entries.

3. Hospitality Food items need to be brought in at the Time indicated. Times ARE exact.

5. Job Session times are NOT exact. For example, a job session begins at the beginning of the Morning Session and ends at the end of the Morning Session.

6. Timers should check in 30 minutes prior to the start of the meet. Check your HEAT SHEET for a more precise time.

7. Timers must report to the Timer’s Meeting 15 minutes prior to the meet. Please go to your block immediately after the Timer’s meeting.

ALL VOLUNTEERS SHOULD READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS 3 PAGE SYSTEM:

  1. Please submit ONE FORM for EACH INDIVIDUAL!!!  Do not sign up in pairs or groups.
  2. Your first name, last name AND email address together designate your identity to this system
    so please choose ONLY ONE EMAIL ADDRESS to use when signing up.
  3. SPELL your names and email CAREFULLY!!!
  4. Letter capitalization doesn't matter.
  5. Select one or more jobs for which you would like to volunteer by clicking the boxes to the left of the job rows.
  6. Submit the page by clicking the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.
  7. You will then be given an opportunity to confirm your selections.
