IMPORTANT!! PLEASE READ!

1. SESSION REQUIREMENT � Please sign up for TWO job sessions and bring ONE hospitality food item for this meet.

2. Be sure to sign up early to get your first choice of times and positions. Each volunteer within a family must submit a form.

3. Hospitality Food items need to be brought in at the Time indicated. Times ARE exact.
We do not have refrigerators to store food.

4. Job Sessions times are not exact. For example, a job session begins at the beginning of the Morning Session and ends at the end of the Morning Session.

5. We are running meet with ONE Timer per lane. If you sign up to time be sure you are comfortable scribing and using pickle.

6. Timers should check in 30 minutes prior to the start of the meet. Check your HEAT SHEET for a more precise time.

7. Timers must report to the Timer�s Meeting 15 minutes prior to the start of meet. Please go directly to your block immediately after Timer�s Meeting.

ALL VOLUNTEERS SHOULD READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS 3 PAGE SYSTEM:
  1. Please submit ONE FORM for EACH INDIVIDUAL!!!  Do not sign up in pairs or groups.
  2. Your first name, last name AND email address together designate your identity to this system so please choose ONLY ONE EMAIL ADDRESS to use when signing up.
  3. SPELL your names and email CAREFULLY!!! Letter capitalization doesn't matter.
  4. Volunteer for one or more jobs by clicking the boxes to the left of the job rows and then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.
  5. You will then be given an opportunity to confirm your selections.
