1. SESSION REQUIREMENTS: Each family works a minimum of FOUR worker sessions and brings ONE HOSPITALITY FOOD item and ONE CASE OF WATER for this meet. 2. Hospitality food items need to be brought in at the time indicated. For questions on Hospitality, please email Donna at tndonnat@tds.net. I will get back to you as soon as I can. 3. Job Session times are NOT exact. Coaches will advise swimmers of warm–up and competition times. 4. A Job Session begins at the start of warm–ups and ends at the end of the meet session. 5. There are a total of 7 Job sessions at the meet. One on Friday, three on Saturday and three on Sunday. 6. Timer positions are very important! Timers should check in 30 minutes prior to the start of the meet. 7. Timers should report to the timer meeting 15 prior to the start of the meet and go directly to their block after the meeting 8.
