This is a parent work requirement meet. Each family needs to work the equivalent of 3 sessions. If you are able to work more than 3 sessions; please do so––we can always use the extra help!

ALL WORKERS need to report promptly so the meet can run smoothly and get underway on time.

All Safety Monitors MUST BE ON DECK wearing their orange vest AT THE START OF WARM–UPS or else we CANNOT begin.

The worker sign–in sheets at the meet will be posted at the corner of the pool just outside the hospitality room.

Your volunteer work is GREATLY APPRECIATED and will make the Saluki International Meet a GREAT SUCCESS!!

ALL VOLUNTEERS SHOULD READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS 3 PAGE SYSTEM:

  2. Your first name, last name AND email address together designate your identity to this system
    so please choose ONLY ONE EMAIL ADDRESS to use when signing up.
  3. SPELL your names and email CAREFULLY!!!
  4. Letter capitalization doesn't matter.
  5. Select one or more jobs for which you would like to volunteer by clicking the boxes to the left of the job rows.
  6. Submit the page by clicking the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.
  7. You will then be given an opportunity to confirm your selections.
